Quite a nice place to pick a bike for a considerably serious ride: 15 euro for the one on the picture seems to be a reasonable price. It may not look fresh though the equipment was fine (especially rockshox fork). Ive not seen bikes of the same level in the city.

Habe mir ein schönes 28er City-Rad bei Martin Türkay ausgeliehen. Es hatte eine super Federung und war daher sehr komfortabel. Die Gangschaltung und die Bremsen funktionierten auch einwandfrei.Da ich das Rad über eine Woche geliehen hatte,gab es auch noch einen Stoff Einkaufsbeutel geschenkt. Zur besseren Orientierung wurde mit auch noch ein Stadtplan von Alanya ausgehändigt.Der Service war einfach klasse und daher werde ich in meinem nächsten Urlaub definitiv wiederkommen!

Если вы в Аланье и хотите взять велосипед в прокат - вам только сюда! Хозяин магазина сам велосипедист, огромный выбор велосипедов как городских так и горных, сутки проката горного байка - 90 лир, городские дешевле. К велосипеду дают насос, запаску, универсальный ключ, так что можно не бояться проб того колеса)) Залог не требуется, только данные отеля. Рекомендую однозначно!

Брали велосипеды в прокат у Мартина. Он сам немец, занимается триатлоном, толк в велосипедах знает - это хорошо.Брали городских велосипеда за 5$ в сутки каждый. Один был с детским креслом. Впридачу Мартин дал нам велозамки и дал карту местности, предварительно расписав нам интересные маршруты.Велосипеды обслужены хорошо, нам понравилось.За 15$ в сутки можно взять шоссейный или горный велосипед с неплохой навеской.Для оформления показали фото нашего ваучера, никакой залог не оставляли.Советую данное место, если хотите покататься на хороших велосипедах, но прокат только суточный, почасового нет.

At first we were afraid to rent bikes from here because of the some comments. But we just love it. Best rental bike shop in Alanya. Dont care about the bad comments. We will definitely go there again.

Брал велик в марте 18го. Замечательное состояние. Брал шоссейный велосипед. На день стоил всего 10 евро (в евро можно было расплачиваться). На велике ездил в пещеру Дим (умеренный подъем 250 м). Отличная пещера и отличные виды на горы и на Аланию.

Wir haben uns bei Martin spontan zwei Mountainbikes ausgeliehen und dank seiner guten Tipps und Karten einen schönen Tag in Alanya verbracht. Die Räder waren super und nicht zu vergleichen mit den Bikes, die wir für das gleiche Geld zwei Tage vorher in Avsallar bekommen haben.Nochmals vielen Dank an Martin.

Wer Werksmaterial für die nächste WM sucht, ist hier sicher falsch. Die Fahrzeuge haben vom optischen Zustand sicher schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Technisch sind sie aber OK. Ich bin überzeugter Wiederholungstäter. In 2015 sind wir zu Dritt im Hinterland mit Enduros unterwegs gewesen. Das war unglaublich schön. Schrauber ALI stand uns einen Tag als lokaler Tourguide zur Verfügung. Ein sensationelles Erlebnis, dass wir in 2017 wiederholen werden. Dieses Jahr ging es nur für einen Tag mit dem Vater nach Alanya. Die Burg war Pflicht. Und weil Gut gefahren immer besser ist als Gut gelaufen, mussten die Roller von Martin herhalten.Unglaubliche nette Bedienung. Beim Abgeben der Enduros in 2015 gab es auch keinerlei Diskussionen, ob da Dreck dran ist oder ein paar neue Kratzer dazu gekommen sind. Immer wieder.PS: Für den ambitionierten Rad-Sportler Strasse / MTB hat er neue / neuwertige Fahrzeuge zu TOP Preisen verfügbar.

Ich habe mein Fahrrad auch vor zwei Jahren gekauft bei Martin und bisjetzt keine Probleme an meinem Fahrrad, wenn ich Service brauche dann ist er Ansprechpartner Nummer 1. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!!!!!!

Die Fahrräder sind alt, sehr billig und total verbraucht. Der Laden bietet ein sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Also das Geschäft ist nichts für Menschen, die eine Ahnung von Mountain Bikes haben.

Если нужен хороший велосипед в прокат, то вам сюда. Цена от 5 до 15 евро в день. Но за 15 вы получаете велик ценой от 1000 евро. Для оформления нужен паспорт.

Best place in Alanya for renting or buying bikes and spare parts - owner is a passionate bicycle fan himself....

I have to warn very loudly against using Martin Türkay. I actually rented a bicycle at his shop, because I read the reviews here on Google and TripAdvisor, which gave me the false notion, that he is a well reputed provider of rental bicycles. This actually also, in my view, puts a huge questionmark before the value of reading reviews on these sites, particularly if people is not writing truthful reviews, but just is too kind after a otherwise nice holiday experience. In reality Martin Türkay is infamous in the entire Alanya area for not even providing the by law required services in Turkey, when you rent out any vehicle, including bicycles, and I know this for a fact, because I have spoken to owners of a handful of rental shops, after having a breakdown in the middle of nowhere on my bicycle and receiving no help. By law in Turkey a provider of all kinds of rental vehicles have to service the vehicle on spot in case of any kind of breakdown or to offer the customers transportation home, and Martin Türkay just doesnt. I rented a bicycle at his shop for one week (5 Euro a day, 25 Euro a week). This of course sounds cheap, especially compared to prices in Europe, but in Alanya it is not even particular cheap. For instance I talked to Jakob Rent, who offers the same type of bicycle for 20 Euro a week, and promise to service the bike in the case of a breakdown, as required by law, and always provides bicycles, that has been serviced and has good Kevlar tires. The first bicycle from Martin Türkay I had to take back, because the gears basically were broken, and I have to say to his advantage, that he did give me a new one without BS, but why hadnt he checked the bicycle, before renting it out? The second I went on a full daytrip to Dimcay and Dim Cave, just to find out the hard way, that instead he had provided me with a bicycle with rundown and absolutely not puncture resistant tires: I had a puncture in the middle of nowhere, just before the dam in Dimcay Valley, 10 km from the coast and 15 km away from Alanya. Knowing that Martin Türkay didnt service his bicycles, I just decided to walk to the cave and look for someone to fix my bicycle along the road, and it ended up I walked 10 km to the cave and 9 km to the coast, on steep mountain roads with a heavy bicycle in my hands and in the midday heat, before someone actually could fix my bicycle. Not exactly the experience I was looking for. Keep in mind, this was in June. For anyone in a less good shape and in July or August, where the midday heat often reach 40 to 45 degrees Celsius, this seriously could be a life-threatening situation: It is for a very good reason, that Turkish law requires all providers of rental vehicles to service them on spot in case of a breakdown. I will recommend for anyone to rent a bicycle - or a moped, which is not much more expensive (7 Euro a day for electric mopeds in several shops along the main road just above Kleopatra Beach). Its actually the by far easiest way to transport yourself around in Alanya and you can actually go very far on flat roads avoiding the steep climbs, if you so which, for instance all the way to Gazipasa along the coast. Alanya also has bicycle tracks and wide sidewalks, were you can ride the bicycle, if road traffic gets too busy. Of course Alanya is surrounded by steep mountains, so you can also find some truly spectacular roads and good exercises, as I did. Just, shop around, check the vehicle thoroughly, before you rent it, and almost the most important of all, make sure, that your rental provider actually offers the service his required by law to do in Turkey. At every major road in Alanya you find atleast one rental shop, so I really dont understand, why Google and TripAdvisor almost only find the worst of the lot, Martin Türkay. Keep in mind, if the provider of a rental vehicle knows, that he will end up servicing you in the middle of nowhere in the case of a breakdown, then he is naturally inclined to service that vehicle from his shop and provide you with a vehicle, that actually works for your entire trip.
