Everything about the Sultan in Bitez was excellent, the views of the sea from the accommodation were spectacular, the food was delicious and served by brilliant friendly staff, the atmosphere in the restaurant was very cheerful exactly what you want while on holiday. I would rate it 10 out of 10 and I have already booked my next holiday in the Sultan. Bravo to all there.

Had a great holiday there staff couldnt do enough only one thing air conditioning in the room needs upgrading sooner rather than later

Do not go here ! The service was poor. Hair in my food was sick on the premises. Manager argued and physically PUSHED me ! Am going to report him to the local authorities! Any higher management who reads this please investigate this man.
