Ever hear of a bank that doesnt want to change money? Me neither until today.I went in there to change Euros into TL. Waited 45 minutes. Finally it was my turn. Was told that because I didnt have an account there they wouldnt change my money!!!Turgutreis is a resort that attracts people from all over the world, yet here we have a bank in the marina that wont change money (presumably some of the boat owners are not Turkish so also wont have an account here so they also cant change their foreign currency). What an utter farce!Hopefully this cowboy outfit called Garanti Bank will be closed down so that a real bank can take its place.
