برج الكينالي يعتبر أهم برج في مجمع كوزابارك لأنه قريب من الخدمات وفيه إزعاج الشارع وكذلك برج البرجاز أما برج صدف فهو بعيد والطريق الى البحيرة صعب ولكن يميزه الهدوء

لايستحق حتي واحد من الف مشروع فاشل اداره فاشله تعامل الاداره واللعاملين شي جدا لا انصح لا شراء ولا تاجير منهم حيث يحدث الكثير من الضرر و دفع مبالغ لا يستحق. مشروع لا انصح بالاقتراب منه

It is a scam, I purchased three flats there and they were one year late to deliver, I cancelled the contract after one year because they never delivered my flats and they charged me 20% for cancellations. They never gave me back the money still, I am taking them to court. Liars and corrupt, they have been lying to me for two years saying they have no money in bank and when I hired a lawyer, my lawyer told me they have lots of money and they are trying not to pay me. The lawyer said the case will take years in court as the Turkish legal system is very slow and I have to pay an extra 10% to the court and the lawyer, complete waste of my money. I lost so far 190.000 dollars and I am losing more. I had a heart attack because of how these people robbed my money and treated me.
