Konaklama berbattı. Otelin tutulur bir yanı yok, resimlerde çok güzeldi. İnandı kalktık gittik ki ne görelim böyle bir şey olamaz. Profesyonel ve güler yüzlü personeli ve itinayla her detayı düşünülmüş odaları ile tatil sürecinde tercih edeceğiniz ender konaklama yerlerinden biri.

Çalışana hakkını vermiyorlar. Asgari ücret üstünde anlaşılarak işe alınan arkadaşımız bir hafta sonra işten çıkarıldı deneme süresi falan filan, paranın üzerine yatıp eksik vermeye çalışıyorlar. Gitmeyin, yapmayın, etmeyin.

Asla ve asla pişman olmayacağınız bir tercih olacak sizin için. Personelin ilgisi, güler yüzü, otelin temizliği, yemeklerin güzelliği tek kelimeyle muhteşem. Ben hayatımda bu kadar düzgün personel ekibinin bir arada olduğu başka bir tesis görmedim. 10 üzerinden 10 ;)

Güzel , temiz , ilgi ve hizmetin iyi olduğu bir tesis

Best place to eat in Hisaronu. Food is perfect fine dining but st the same prices as most of the strip. Service is immaculate and something they clearly take pride in. Portions are very generous to the point where a three-course meal is near impossible - so miss the starter if you want dessert! Could eat here every night. Make sure you book in if youre in town - I guarantee you will not be disappointed.Meal in the photo is a Lamb Tandir - highly recommended.

PineHill Hotel and Suites Hisaronu 29/08/2020 to 05/09/2020, we were a part of 2 couples looking for a good quality place with good food, surroundings and pleasant, competant staff and we found all those things here in abundance. Lovely gardens, well kept and cleaned footpaths every day made walking around the grounds between our rooms, bars, and restaurants really pleasant. The most impressive aspect is the staff of which there are plenty in attendance. The Turkish people are naturally outgoing and friendly but in a respectful way which is really pleasing. They cant do enough for you and are on hand whenever needed. They are working at breakfast, around the pools and in the restaurant in the evening. The guys the keep it running so smoothly are Kadir, Ali and Buzz, very freeing and eager to please. The vibe while we were there was a good mix of all ages and of singles couples and families. There was a day when one individual gave an appalling aggressive drunken loud display around the pool. This was swiftly dealt with by the staff, with the man being escorted from the premeses. We had breakfast every day and ate out in the evening finding some very good places, but our best meal was in the hotel restaurant, they excelled. All together a really good experience

Can not fault all the staff at this hotel. From cleaning staff to bar staff to staff that brought drinks around the pool. Pool area was fab. Depending on every your bed was you could be chasing the sun but plenty of space to move your sunbed to. Staff wore face coverings when walking around. Felt safe here. Thanks for a lovely stayRoom was OK - basic with AC which was fantastic at no extra cost. Safe supplied again with no extra cost. TV also. Hairdryer in the shower room. Shower was a little small to bend down in but we made it work.Great location just off the strip.

There is good hospitality in PineHill Hotel. The breakfast is really good every morning. The workers are smiley and good. They are helpful. It was a good holiday in there The hotel is quiet in general.

Het hotel ziet er op de fotos tof uit. Helaas is dit niet zo bij aankomst. De kamers zijn erg benauwd.Daarnaast blijkt dat er twee zwembaden zijn. De ene is gratis en de andere moet je minimaal €25 euro per persoon uitgeven om er te mogen zitten. Dit is dat zwembad zeker niet waard. Jammer..

The hotel and facilities were amazing apart from the WiFi which kept disappearing A LOT. Overall the place is fantastic and the staff brilliant. Breakfast isn’t the best but the do pancakes and omelettes to order which nobody told us about until day 2.

Pine hill and just keep getting better every single year. Im now booking for next year. the hotel is a Family run hotel the town. The hotel looks amazing with its new Reef Bar and the new swim up bar and rooms. First would like to say thank you to the room maids that clean the rooms ever day.and thank you to the restaurant staff. Charlie,the restaurant Manager, runs a tight ship and although all the staff are extremely professional the food the restaurant is amazing where is Sonnys mun the chef and Sonny Sheriff the bar Manager thats runs the reef bar like clockwork and last but not least Sonnys the Hotel Manager, runs a tight ship and although all the staff are extremely professional

Hotel opened no restaurant no swim up bar no jacuzzi but still took full price price of efes went up in one week from 20 lira to 25 lira with no warning watch out for these thiefs absaloutly shocking never again will I stay here so dissaponted worked hard all year to be treated this way shame on you pine hill

Beautiful hotel in the prefect location. Close enough to walk to the bars and restaurants without the noise! Friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommended hotel. We enjoyed it so much that we have booked to return again!

I have been here three times and loved every bit of this hotel! The customer service you get in this hotel is amazing. And I would definitely recommend this place to everyone that is visiting.

Our 3rd year to this fantastic hotel everything about pine hills is just perfect this time we stayed in a 2 bedroom swim up suite which was amazing as we got use the chill pool everyday, sonny the owner and hes staff are wonderful, been home 2 weeks now and missing this place so much :(

Excellent and fantastic value for money food unbelievable

Fantastic hotel, friendly staff and very clean. 2 Reason for 4 star 1st is they need to use a cotton mattress protector not a rubber one not in this heat and 2nd is theres a big round window in room and if your over looked people have a clear view on your room as theres no curtain

Great service, great food and beautiful surroundings

Excellent property, relaxed atmosphere just a stones throw from the main strip. The spa was great too. Overall I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend.

Friendly hotel and good service.One tip - avoid the tuna salad!We had a swim up room at the chill out pool. This was great for me since I could could collar people for a chat as they walked over the bridge by our decking!

Lovely hotel and fantastic services. We werent staying here but came one night for dinner, the staff were wonderful and attentive and the meal was delicious. We came again another day to use the chill pool, a private pool and jacuzzi area with a max. of 20 guests allowed. There is a small charge but this is redeemable against food and drink. Murat was wonderful through the day and kept us fed and watered. Would love to visit again and stay as a guest.

Stayed Aug18, highly recommended.Rooms are reasonable, clean and equipped (free safe, air con and fridge). We just stayed in a double garden room.Pool is good, busy and need to be down early for a bed, but staff will do all they can to free beds up for you. Chill Bar (£20 pp but goes against bar or food bill) is recommended and busy so suggest contact hotel before arriving and reserving a few days.Staff are honestly amazing, nothing too much trouble and will help with whats needed.Location, just off the main street but the perfect distance you dont hear anything.Their own restaurant and reef bar are recommended.

We LOVE the PineHills - we have only been to Turkey 3 times but weve gone back to the PineHills each time as its just wonderful. The hotel is first class, clean, quiet, comfortable, and situated in a great area. The staff are so lovely, helpful and friendly. The food is delicious, highly recommend the Thursday night Mediterranean BBQ buffet!!

When we booked to go to Hisaronu we expected to be staying somewhere we’d seen a couple of years previously. Pleasant mistake though. The staff were really friendly and the food excellent. Well worth a try.

Lovely hotel, staff are first rate 5*

Having read a lot of very good reviews about this hotel I was almost put off as couldnt believe that it would get such glowing reports from almost every person but if anything they didnt do The Pinehill justice.From young to old everybody is catered for in great detail. The service from the whole staff is exemplary with nothing every being too much trouble. Particular mention should go to Junior (the Reef Bar), Sherif (the killer pool hustler), the boys in the lounge bar Tommy and Ninga, Sinan on reception and of course Sonny the owner. His vision for this place is fantastic and Im sure its all down to his persistence in the pursuit of perfection that brings it all together.Couldnt recommend it highly enough and Im sure we will be back again!

We were upgraded to family suite and can jump into the pool from the room. Enthusiastic environment for the children. Breakfast was good. We were told that we could go to the blue lagoon without any paying entrance fee. There was a free shuttle. The staff was good

Nice hotel but needs work! . The spa was shut but we werent told this before we booked in. This was the main reason for choosing the hotel! We had a suite with a outdoor jacuzzi. The room itself was clean and massive. It even had 2 showers in it so 2 people could shower together. The jacuzzi was very dirty and needed cleaning before we could use it. The Reef bar had a huge menu and cocktails were very good but bar staff are quite slow. Its a bit to early in the season to see what the hotel will be like later on in the year.

Lovely hotel with great features. VIP Chill pool is a special amenity. Food is excellent for lunch and dinner. Staff are friendly.

I stayed here for just a week, but could have done with longer. Its paradise I cannot praise this place enough. The staff are so attentive and polite and cannot do enough for you. The food is first class and the apartments are luxurious, including the memory foam beds, so comfy. Minura and her lovely family run paradise offer the personal touch and her food is the finest in the region, cooked with love and rivaling any Master Chef quisine. I cant wait to return.Thank you so much Pine Hills, n special thanks to Minura and Bazz who made it just that extra bit special.10 star rating if I could. x

Pine Hill is the best. We have had a fantastic time again. Sonny and his team do a fabulous job. Our daughter celebrated her 16th Birthday there and we had a fabulous meal in the pine hill restaurant with family and friends. Some of friends who stayed elsewhere and visited us are now coming to pine hill next time. Same time again next year for us. Turkey is a beautiful place.

Great holiday destination, nothing is too much trouble for the fantastic staff both in the Hotel and the Reef Bar. Food is homemade and fabulous with an extensive menu. All in all my wife and I returned to the UK Yesterday and will, without hesitation be booking to return next September as soon as we can. Many thanks to Sonny, Sherif and the whole team.

Food staff hotel location fantastic

I come here year after year. Absolutely love this hotel in the centre of Hisaronu. Great staff who really look after you. The food here is amazing and you get big portions. The rooms are clean and come with air con, tv , fridge, coffee and bottled water included. Nice sized swimming pool with lots of Sun loungers to chill on. Give it a try. Happy holidays.
