Yeşillikler içinde çok pozitif bir otel. 90 yaşındaki annemle kaldım ve çok memnun kaldım. engelli girişi bulunan oda verdiler böylece yürütecini rahatlıkla kullandı. Ayrıca hem resepsiyondaki hem de restaurantta bulunan çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. 2 haftanın sonunda aile gibi olduk. Odamız her gün temizlendi görevli hanımefendilere de çok teşekkür ediyorum. İnşallah tekrar görüşmek üzere.

Bu otelde asla tatil yapılmaz. Su bir sıcak akıyor bir soğuk akıyor, duş başlığı en adi Bir şey. Tv bozuk. Odalar berbat durumda tadilata ihtiyaç var.

2 sene buraya gittik. Reception selim beyin nazikliğinden ve ilgisinden dolayı ve uygun fiyatlığından dolayı gidiyordum. 2018 temmuz ailecek gitmeyi karar verdik. Her şey dahil modeline geçtiklerini ücret artığını söyledi. Tamam dedik..girdik ben öyle yemek programı görmedim. Tabaklar suya batırılıp yeniden koyuluyor . Tamamen pisliği ile koyuluyor masaya. Yemekler berbat. Rabbimin verdiği nimetler bu kadar mı kötü şekilde insanın önüne koyulur. İşletmeci Mehmet desen kendinden Bi haber. Oğlu desen o yabancılara bir kaç tane daha fazla bira satma derdinde. Herşey berbat. O haldede normal otel fiyatı istediler. Tamam dedim verdim. Aşağı bi ümitle yemek yemeye inip az aldığımız yemeği yukarı odaya çıkıp yeniden kustuk. Uzun süreli kalmayı plandığımız tatili hemen başlamadan kestik. Kesinlikle tavsiye Edilmez...

Tek sıkıntı garson çalışanlardan bir tanesi tam bir yabancı hayranı. Kendine müşteri belirliyor ve diğer insanlar onun için hiç önemli değil. Adını hatırlamıyorum. Diğer çalışanlar çok iyi onlarda zaten bu zat gibi çalışsa çekilmez yani. Onun dışında herşey çok güzel.

Melissa gardenin herşeyinden yani her servisinden temizliginden çok memnun kaldik. Özellikle resepsiyon olan selim beyden müşterilere yakın olmasından ve ayrica murat ve osman kardesimizin insanliklarindan cok memnun kaldik. Hepsine ayri ayri tesekkur ederiz. Bu kardeslerimiz olmasa pansiyon eksik kalir. Her sene oraya gelmeyi dusunuyorum.

Have just arrived back from Melissa gardens after a fabulous holiday. Great people, great food. Been now 6 times fantastic. I would highly recommend, family run and they are all lovely and friendly. Will certainly go back. Ignore all the sad reviews, just being picky.

Отель не плохой, кормят тоже не плохо, минус что в 12:00 дня нужно освобождать номер а самолёт в 23:00ночи, на территории находиться можно и кушать тоже. Фен отсутствует, мыло, шампунь , зубные щётки и пасты тоже отсутствуют, из всего этого только есть туалетная бумага. Пляж находится не далеко от отеля, но он не принадлежит отелю, соответственно шизлонги и зонтики там на прокат! Детскую кроватку и горшок мне не предоставили, хотя в описании всё это есть. Скажу так твердая тройка будет у этого отеля. Рабочий по имени Георгий нам хорошо помогал и подсказывал если что то нужно было, русский он знает! Палатки с сувенирами рядом с отелем присутствуют, аптеки тоже, до Мигроса можно дойти пешком (выход из отеля и идти на лево до Сиде бульвара и ещё раз налево). Вай фай у отеля работает отлично, в зоне бассейнов и баров, даже в номере ловил! Поездкой остались довольны :)

Niet de meest luxe hotel /appartement, maar het voldoet. Vooral als je er toch vaak op uit gaat, dan mag het geen probleem zijn. Personeel erg vriendelijk, beetje opdringerig maar vinden wij dat het erbij hoort! Er kan nog wel veel verbeterd worden in het appartement..

Basic and clean. What makes this place to go for a great holiday is the staff are so friendly very helpful. They go that extra mile to make sure holiday is enjoyable and stress free.

Wenn man vernünftig Urlaub machen möchte, dann ist es in diesem Hotel nicht möglich. Die reinste abzocke, sogar Klima muss man extra bezahlen . Wir hatten für 6 Personen gebucht und teil unsere Kinder müssten auf normalen Couch schlafen. Die Hölle gewesen

Where do I start the most friendliest staff they could not do enough for you they are great fun nothing was to much trouble elvis Mehmet jazz ahmet and the two managers very helpful a real sense of family hotel I hourly enjoyed my stay the food is delicious the pools are very clean the rooms yes are a bit tired but are very clean and spacious very close to a lovely beach I will definitely be going back my 17 year old grandaughter loved it too I would like to thank you all at the melissa hotel for your warm fun h hospitality towards us the maids were just as pleasant and very helpful if a problem yes can not fault this slats minute holiday we booked with you all hope to see you very very soon

The place itself is rather dated clean enough to sleep in. The staff make your holiday experience elvis memet and yazz cant do enough for you. Wouldnt say its cheap drinking just like a night out in the UK price wise.

Staff cant do enough for you has a great atmosphere ,friendly , look after you well , food out of this world, full range on menu , cocktail hour 9-10 pm football on if your into that , music , has two pools, one with a water slide, across the little lane at the back another pool ,all very clean , looked for faults but cant find any , asked them if they had a clothes dryer to put out so we could get our clothes dried got one in an hour . Nothing is too much trouble . Would definitely come here again .

Staff are fantastic will do anything for anybody we where ment to be going back this year but got cancelled because of COVID 19 we will definitely be be back in the future

Отель в целом хороший. Кормят вкусно,вкусные напитки ,чистый бассейн . Но минус: Первый не очень минус ну ок,когда ты заходишь грубо говоря в отель,то на лестнице ласточки строят себе гнёзда. И ты поднимаешся и тебе на голову извините за выражение какают. Второй минус . Номера не ухоженные, пахнет сыростью, грязные полотенца,но это ещё цветочки .У меня уборщица УКРАЛА СЕРЕБРЯНУЮ ЦЕПОЧКУ!Мы ушли на завтрак,а она пришла убирать номер(цепочку перед уходом я сняла и положила в сумку)Прихожу и нечего не замечаю . По приезду домой понимаю,что либо я её потеряла, либо украли . Потом порассуждала и поняла что это она . Очень обидно((

Stayed here for 2 weeks, basic rooms but very clean, the jewel in the crown is the staff Jimmy, Memet , Elvis and the boys go out of there way to make sure you are having the best holiday, and a big shout out to the chefs who are always cooking up very tasty and good value meals.All in all Melissa Gardens is a very good value for money, very entertaining holiday where the staff look after you and keep you entertained for the entirety of your holiday.Keep up the good work Melissa Gardens.

Für eine Woche echt super hätte ich nicht gedacht auch wenn man sich selbst versorgen muss.Frühstück hatten wir auch im Preis für 2Personen 700euro mit flug.

Well the good point 1st as there are few but staff were really friendly and polite, always able to help if they can. Now the bad, had no hot water for 4 days in a row and 8 days altogether. Food is the worst I had in the 2weeks I stayed in Side, Turkey. The quality was worst you could get, the coffee and tea machine was never turned on before 8am which if you are a late riser and not a early one like myself then is not a issue/problem. Cleaners are out around the apartments not early enough so you can be lounging by the pool and toilets have not been cleaned and pool area not clean from the day before. Would recommend you never stay at the Melissa Garden Apartments. (Its not a hotel by the way)

Terrrible music until 4/5am couldnt sleep. The pool was dirty. The rooms smelled of damp and mould. The food was a small portion, not filling and expensive. Customer service is zero. Staff should at least smile. However seems to me black people are not treated well and they give better service to white foreigners. Shame about the hotel the city was nice.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at if you like music till 5.00am and like constant noise its a perfect retreat and Joseph the bar and restaurant manager as we have passionately name the shadow will pester and mither you for you to stay and eat at the hotel if you want a quited and relaxing break please stay at a different holtel.

Horrible place for us when it comes to food and double charging us for meals. One of the managers told our excursion tour guide were not coming with us knowing and didnt give our money back 130€

Das Hotel ist nicht zu Empfehlen~Es ist sehr dreckig~Alles was die anbieten ist mit Geld sei es Klima Haarföhner was eigentlich im Preis drinne sein muss bei der Buchung stand bei mir das alles Inklusive sei aber wahr nicht der Fall das Zimmer war sehr dreckig alte bettbezüge benutzes Handtuch nicht mal handwaschseife gibt es im Bad macht einen gefallen bezahlt 10 Euro mehr geht lieber wi anders hin nicht mal diesen 1 Stern haben die verdient!!!!!!!!!!

Leider ist das Hotel nicht so wie auf den Bildern, wenn man wirklich nur eine günstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit sucht, ist es in Ordnung, sonst würde ich es niemanden empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind nicht richtig sauber, Möbel und Sitzmöglichkeiten kaputt, Kühlschtank kühlt nicht mal sich selber, alles heruntergekommen. Sehr enttäuschend für uns, haben auch schon nach einem Ersatzhotel geschaut

Perfect aparthotel. The rooms were clean, the personell is really amazing, playing with kids, always cleaning up and helping out. One of the best holidays weve ever had!

I have many things to say about this hotel. First and foremost, Melissa gardens is NOT a safe place for families and children. During our time here, a child drowned in one of the pools and was rushed off to hospital. I sincerely hope that the child is ok. There could of been many things to avoid this to begin with, the most obvious being lifeguards which I have not seen as they didnt have any until this incident.Secondly, I expected my time here to be relaxing and fun however I did not sleep the first week due to extremely loud music until around 3/4am. Some of staff were really understanding and nice and offered to change rooms. One of the staff at the reception was very rude and doesnt know customer service.The first room we were in was clean but it had a really bad smell of mould and damp walls. Everything including the bed and the furniture smelled of mould.The first time I ordered food it was nice however the quality is not consistent and the second time I ordered food it made me feel sick. The staff also sometimes stand outside the hotel to stop guests leaving for lunch and can sometimes harrass you to eat at the restaurant in the resort. If you are a foreigner you will be treated differently.To anyone considering this place, think twice!!

This is the second year we have come to Melissa Gardens for our family holiday.Fantastic greeting by staff and made to feel so welcome. We have spent 9 nights at this hotel and didnt want to leave.Deniz, and family, Elvis, Ahmet, Yaz, Alphie Edem and other bar staff, extra special mention for Mehmet who is a joy to be around, fantastic with children and will go out of their way to make your holiday extra special. The photographer Keith is amazing and is very talented with his camera, Keith has took our holiday pictures and i can honestly say they are out of this world.The food was exceptional, the service was amazing and our whole holiday experience is a fantastic memory, as our holiday was coming to a end we was already looking to book our next holiday at this amazing place. Melissa Gardens go out of there way to make sure you have the perfect stay, entertainment is just something else, African dancers, outstanding to name a few, For as long as Melissa Gardens is up and running this will be our family holiday, home from home, treated like family.Thank you Guys you are all so special, missing you all and see you next year.

Basic but very clean hotelIt has 2 pools, 1 quiet with bar, the other is near the bar restaurant and has a waterside both have kids poolThe staff are very friendly and speak English it has a happy atmosphereThis is their 2nd week into the season so if there are any problems tell the staff and sort it out right awayHighley recommended for a budget family holiday.

Staff Are really friendly and super helpful, Clean Rooms and the food is really nice. i have been to melissa a few times and i wouldnt want to stay anywhere else when visiting turkey! i would really recommend to come here for a cheap and cheerful holiday the service is brilliant!

Our stay was not a good one.very dated.and run down.food not much better.only staff member was George has he seems to do everything god bless him.cleaner did her best.wont be going back.
