Öncelikle burası bir ingiliz Apart Oteli. Rezervasyonumuzu apartın kendisi üzerinden yaptırdık. Ailemle Normal giriş saatinden önce gittik ve bizi sağolsunlar mağdur etmeden odamıza aldılar. Personelin yardım severliği ön planda. Apart hotel konseptinde Mini buzdolabı, mikrodalga fırın, ekmek kızartma makinesi, kettle, servis ve yemek tabakları, fincanlar ve bardaklar, çatal bıçak kaşık takımı, yataklar, çarşaflar, havlular, klima, fön makines, hd led tv vs. Herşey tamamdı. Oda temizlenmiş ve hazır hale getirilmişti. Küçük bir havuzu ve lobisi, bilardo ve masa tenisi, mini tenis kortları, geniş ve bakımlı çim güneşlenme alanı mevcut. Engelli girişi mevcut. Tekerlekli sandalyede. Menü fiyatları normal, yerli içecekler pahalı. Bahçe bakımı çok iyi. Herşeyle ve herkesle çok iyi ilgilenen Murat Beye teşekkürü az görmemek lazım Hülya Hanıma da ve Önder Beye de teşekkürler. Dolandırıcı bir otel! rezervasyon yaptırmadan önce düşünün!! 1 ay önce airbnb üzerinden otele rezervasyon yaptırdım. ve rezervasyonum otelin kendisi tarafından da onaylandı. otelin onay verdiğini yüklediğim fotoğraftan da görebilirsiniz. rezervasyon günü gittiğimde ise şok oldum. bize airbnb ile çalışmadıklarını o nedenle otele girişimin yapılamayacağını söylediler. madem çalışmıyorlar neden 1 ay boyunca ne mesaj ne de bir telefonla bana bunu bildirme zahmetinde bulunmadılar. ayrıca paramı gasp edip iademi yapmadılar. 8 yaşındaki kızım ve 2 yaşındaki bebeğimle beni mağdur edecek kadar da vicdansızlar. rezervasyon için görüştüğüm diğer otellerden yerleri olmadığını ama bebeğimle ortada kaldığımı görünce akşam 8-9 a kadar ücretsiz misafir edebileceğini söyleyen mükemmel otel idarecileri varken burası gibi rezalet bir yerde kalmayın. yakında savcılık aracılığıyla da sizinle görüşeceğiz.

Denizden biraz uzak olsada keyifli sevecen güler yüzlü personeliyle tercih sıralamasında yer alması gereken bir otel

4 kişilik 1+1 apart gecelik 150 tl. fiyat olarak çok uygun. havuzu bahçesi güzel. çalışanlar son derece güleryüzlü yardımcı.

Çok rahat ve temiz hiç bir sorun yaşamadık.

Fiyatına göre mükemmel, yemekleride hem uygun hem lezzetli tavsiye ederim

Best small hotel for a break - staff are fantastic

Stayed here previously and never any problems until I returned with my partner earlier this month who hadnt been to this hotel before.We were given an attic room which only had AC in the living room, having been charged £55 for use of the AC we wanted it in the bedroom where we would be sleeping and getting ready. We went back to reception who said they only had basement rooms even though we could clearly see keys for rooms on the middle floors. We went to our allocated room and the smell was horrendous. Stale smoke and damp isnt a very welcoming smell. As we arrived late and was tired we decided to stay there for the night and sort the room the following day.After a dreadful nights sleep we decided to speak to another member of staff called Onder. He said it wasnt a problem and we could change rooms. The third room was better although not as clean as we were lead to believe by the reviews. The rooms and infact the hotel are very dated and in need of renovation. Its grubby and always smells of cheap cooking oil. The pool was okay although the garden area also needs some work. It also smelt of cooking oil.The food wasnt great and after witnessing a waiter sneeze on someones food we decided not to eat there.Other then Onder and the girl on reception the staff werent friendly or welcoming at all.I think Onder who I believe is a senior member of staff does his best with the tools he is given but there is only so much you can do.We spoke to several guests who were returning customers and ALL said they wouldnt be returning and had all had problems with the rooms.Its a shame as this hotel could be lovely. The rooms and balconies are large but not decorated to an acceptable standard.The fridge was rusty, the plates provided werent good enough for a self catering apartment and the kettle was broken.All in all these apartments were a let down and I am so surprised by the good reviews.

Just had an amazing week at this hotel! Nothing was too much for the staff. Can not fault the drinks, snacks during the day and the evening meal we had a few times was first class!Would definitely go back, hopefully next year, close to everything.The only thing is the pool section for kids is not separate from main pool so not ideal for young children that cannot swim.

Just back from 2 weeks here have to say staff here are lovely nothing is to much bother.

The Aegean Princess is brilliant we have stayed here twice loved every minute of our stay the Staff go out there way to help you Murat Ally Smiler and all the staff are amazing made our stay very comfortable rooms cleaned on a daily basis will fefo be staying here again didnt want to leave loved every minute of our stay here looking forward to next year and Yes Murat I will bring the boys I promise xx see you all next year xx

Hotel room and cleanliness is OK. I was charged extra fee at check in for air conditioning which made me surprise as I faced it first time in my life. We wanted to have breakfast for extra fee but staff did not know anything about details such as what is including in it etc... He was on the phone with a friend or sth. He saw us but did not come near to reception. After we gave him notice he came and shortly answered to us while on the phone. Then continued to talk on the phone. This was one of the worst service level that we have seen so far.

Staff, food and service excellent. Decor was a little tired but it was the end of the season. Rooms and bed linen were cleaned / changed on a very regular basis. Nothing was too much bother for anyone. Everyone very helpful and friendly. Special mention to Under, Ali, Tulya and Murat who were all exceptionally kind and thoughtful . This was really appreciated by my sister Roisin, a long time visitor to Aegean Princess. Also thanks to Yusef. It all added to a lovely holiday and we hope to return soon.

It is budget friendly but aircondition and rooms were too low in ceiling, we slept in the living room all of us.Balcony is beautifulArea is beautiful

Quiet area but close enough to shops, bars and not too long walk to the beach. Nice room, clean with everything needed for self catering.

Stayed here 2015 the sheets where Stained the mirrors where broken there where bare electrical wires hanging from the wall the bathroom stunk you had to pay extra for air con the male staff where just interested in the women. All in all a horrendous experience would never return to this place!

I stayed at the Aegean Princess from 23 July 2012 - 7 August 2012 the rooms are cleaned regular and the staff are friendly and cant do enough for you which was a lot better than last year where I stayed but would stay at Aegean Princess again the food is good and there a pet rabbits down by the grass area very good apartments
