Genel olarak memnun kaldık olumsuz pek bir şey yoktu. Özellikle personel çok güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Her konuda çok yardımcı oldular.

Ödediğiniz paranın karşılığını alabildiğiniz bir otel. Odaları rahat ve geniş. Eksikler yok değil ama müşteriye saygılı ekip isteklerinizi anında yerine getiriyor. Otelde tam pansiyon konakladık ve gayette memnun kaldık.

Club cettia apartments are OK better than the grand cettia we were told. We went self catering and according to other guests that had all inclusive that were always out for evening meals and did not rate the AI. Towels changed daily which was good. Asked for another pillow and told no, asked for a sheet instead of blanket and every time we got one it was taken from us the following day. The apartments were really warm and quiet noisy at the front of the hotel. They have aircon in one room only per apartment which is in the main room with a sofa bed so the bedroom was very warm even with a fan. If you want you can rent a fan from del boy over the road or the hotel. The sofa beds arnt what you would call comfortable with the supports often digging in to you at night. I have rated 4 stars as for a hotel in Turkey its pretty good but dont be expecting uk 4 star comfort. The pool in cettia apartments is good and not over busy, the pool at grand cettia was crazy busy so one visit was enough to that pool.

Having been to Jamaica in February, I had low expectations for this trip to Turkey not having visited the country before.. From the first morning being there, I was blown away how beautiful Turkey is, especially Marmaris In the town, the beaches, the market. Was really immersed in the culture and taking it all in.. I would definitely recommend a visit..Also worth a mention was the Turkish Lira and how everything was very cheap Which gives this place the advantage, as It offers everything what other resorts do.Ok Club Cettia, we had a good time here.. My Mrs and the boy loved it.. Thanks to Dawn the customer relations manager who provided us the best room for our anniversary making it special for us.. Our room overlooked the pool.. The room was clean. The food was nice and the Mrs and the boy loved the pool slide etc. Also the staff are nice and work hard..The one major issue was the Air con which is next to useless and which the management need to spend money on ASAP.. Unacceptable that I didnt get a good nights sleep ONCE whilst staying because the Air con is rubbish... Had to hire Two fans at 10 lira a day and I was still hot and I didnt get any sleep.. Its a major issue talking to other people there.. and it would be for me when deciding where to stay, when we return to Marmaris..

Everyone at this apartment complex are so kind! Even when we stay by the pool all day we have so many activity’s to do which make the day better and that’s all thanks to the amazing Haribo/cumali who plans all the activity’s for day and night. Everywhere you turn there’s always someone saying hello or asking how your days going and that made me and my family feel really welcome.

Great hotel and great pool only thing is if you wanna sit by pool you have to get seats very early......but excellent place and great we shop at entrance...tauna market shop for all your needs and cold juice/water as its needed lol enjoy

Absolutely fantastic two weeks we have had here .Dawn the hotel customers relation manager and all the staff are fantastic can not do enough for you .The food is amazing and a good selection off menu ,rooms very clean and spacious .The entertainment team coco and Mary were very good both day and night good shows in the evening with a relaxing atmosphere.Thankyou for makeing our two weeks holiday very enjoyable will definitely be back to see you all .ThankyouNeil , Anna , AaronP.sHere are just a few pictures taken

This place, like its sister hotel the Grand Cettia, is a perfect example of why the UK should temporarily withdraw the passports of people who are on long term benefits. It is full of noisy, unruly, morbidly obese tramps. If that isnt enough to put you off ensure that you bring a decent supply of ear plugs otherwise youll not be able to sleep at night. Also, forget about any chance of being able to relax by the swimming pool; the entertainment staff must be deaf judging by the volume that they play their music at during the day.

Just returned from a week at Club Cettia.. First time ever Id visited Turkey and we loved what we saw.Lets start with the pool, it was kept clean and tidy all of the time, there is a sunbed rule which no one pays much attention to. No reserving sunbeds before 8am. I think its fair if people actually stick to it. Our room was facing the pool and was kindly allocated to us by Dawn as it was our anniversary. I emailed her prior to our arrival and she sorted it which was lovely.At one point the amount of inflatables and kids in the pool was ridiculous, thought for a moment I was in Benidorm.The rooms are basic but tidy, the cleaners come in daily did a good job always clean towels and beds made etc.The only problem we encountered was the air con. It was really dated and rubbish. Only the living room area has air con (if you can call it that) the bedroom itself was BAKING. We had to hire two fans to try and cool it down but it was just warm air. Obviously when choosing a hotel in a very hot country air con is important- I feel Club Cettia need to update theirs.The staff work hard here and are always happy, they go out of their way to assist the guests.We will definitely be returning to Turkey, but maybe not to this resort. Next time I think we will stay closer to the beach.

The best place in marmaris

There simply isnt enough stars to give this place every single thing about this hotel is amazing the reception staff the waiting staff the entertainment team lush in the shop nial the pool attendant cant wait to get back for our 6th year

“Home from Home”. “Staff like family”. “Modern and clean”... are you sure you were at the same apartments as us?This is the first holiday review I’ve ever made but it’s a fair one.Met Dawn met on arrival she seemed really friendly. The rooms were basic but did the job. The shower is the most unusual thing I’ve ever seen. It has a single piece of glass at the shower end and the rest of it is fully open. You have to put towels on the floor to soak up the escaping shower water. The toilet roll holder is directly at the end of the shower and gets soaked.We passed Dawn on the first morning as we were putting our towels out on the beds and went for breakfast directly opposite in the hut. As soon as we left the beds and sat down for breakfast Dawn returned to the beds and placed a card on them. On checking the card it said we had 1 1/2 hrs to return or the towels would be removed. SHE CAN LITERALLY SEE ME STUFFING MY FACE IN THE HUT AND SHES JUST SAID HELLO. A member of our group spoke to her later and he was staggered to be asked why we had picked those particular sun beds as returning guests had complained that they wanted them.For the rest of the week she didn’t try to talk to us or even make eye contact. The staff seem scared to talk to you. If you saw them in the street they are friendly but in work they will only talk to what seemed like approved people that Dawn would talk to. The play area is like a dumping ground full of broken furniture and the rest of the disgarded broken furniture is literally piled up underneath the apartments balconies. My view by the way was a massive tree with socks in it.There were plates left in the landing areas in each floor. They were there when we arrived and the same ones were still there when we left.This no entertainment with the exception of the occasional rare appearance of two guys from the top pool on certain days and a single game in the evening. You eat your meals outside in an unlit area. I promise that I had to use my phone torch to read the menu. The saving grace of this place is that you can go up the hill and use the facilities at the Grand Cettia.This review isn’t biased in any way. It’s simply my experience. If you are one of the returning flock and like your apartments tired and with no personality then great. However, if your planning on coming here for the first time please consider going somewhere else. It’s not cheap either and the evening meals were rubbish. We all work hard for our holidays and we want them to be as good as possible.

Food is great, staff are funny but professional (They even have a staff dance that they do) pool is cold which is good for the weather and the service was great. To top everything off the entertainment team is the best Ive ever seen. I love going here for holiday but the showers arent the best, they can switch between hot and cold and the drainage isnt the best

Lovely spacious apartment with all the eminities. Pool area is great and the restaurant by it serves very nice food. Only complaint is weak WiFi signal in r the room. Would come again.

Best appartments in Marmaris. Not too busy ,friendly attentive staff and a great overall atmosphere.

Dark apartments the sofa bed was wrose than my dogs bed and filthy, one of the entertainment staff acts like a 5 year old child all day and night, alcahol at the bar is watered down and the food is nothing to shout about, my mixed grill looked like a smashed up pidgion, the only positive feedback I can give is for the maid service.I wont be staying at club cettia again, I feel my £1895 was completely wasted here

Brilliant friendly staff who cannot do enough to make your stay as perfect as possible. Already planning my next trip back there.

Kids entertainment was off as the hotel was not busy. Plenty kids from what I could see and the entertainment staff were sitting around smoking instead.

Entertainment staff were poor. Just would not use this place again. No air con in bedrooms only in living room. Noisy hotel. cleaner A1 dont think our bedding was changed during our stay.
