Rented a car from Star car hire in Turunc for the last 4 or 5 years, always been really helpful and friendly. Never an issue, he also rents mopeds, bikes, quads etc.

We rented a small 7-seater in Marmaris by Star. Seems to be a scam. We got the confirmation papers as we expected. When we were to get our car we started to suspect that the car did not exist. After many rounds of discussion the car should be delivered. What showed up was a small beaten up 4 seater driven by a guy that seems to come directly from bed and had no clue on what was ordered or not even which company he was represetning. Called Star and the manager argued for that the 4-seater was a better car, but as we needed a 7-seater we did not accept. Then it became clear, as suspetced, that the ordered car did not exist. We ordered another car insted. It became a very expensive adventure...
