Ailecek planladığımız 1 haftalık tatilde, iyi ki dediğimiz yer oldu. Personel çok ilgiliydi. Girişte bir sorun çıkmıştı hemen ilgilendiler. Odalar oldukça geniş ,ferah ve temizdi. ister odanızda kendiniz pişirin isterseniz otelin restoranında yiyin her seçenek mevcut. Restoran menü fiyatları orta halli ama yediklerimizin tadları çok güzeldi. Özellikle biftekli pizza favorimiz oldu ;) Animasyon ekibi ve şovlarından çok memnun kaldık. Konum olarak da denize hemen 500 mt uzaklıkta. Arada denize de gittik ama oğlum ve kızım havuzdan vazgeçemediler. kısacası herkese tavsiye ederim mutlaka tatilinizi burada yapın derim.

Tum otel personeli oldukca yardimsever ve ilgili. Ancak otel o kadar pis ki !!! Carsaf,pike ve tum havlular les gibi tek kelimeyle. Yahu bir parca esya temiz olmaz mi? Yok ! Defalarca resepsiyonu arayip pis olam esyalarin degistirilmesini istedim kimse gelmedi. En sonunda havlulari kendim goturdum ve rezilligi resepsiyon bile kabul etti. Bedava hizmet veriyormus gibi temizlige 1 lira harcamayan bir otel burasi !

Plaja biraz uzak. Klima ücretli. Personel ilgili. Temizliği iyi. %95 yabancı turist var. Tavsiye ederim.

2 gün önce döndük otelden evet odalar ferah olabilir fakat pis çarşaflar hiç değişmiyor sadece bi paspas yapıp gidiyor hizmetliler.Oda kahvaltı diye gittik kahvaltı da hep hazır yiyecekler peynirler bozuk cevizler artık küflenmiş hiç bir seye benzemeyen bal ve reçel otelin havuzu pislik içinde havuzun mazgalları kırık bir daha asla gitmeyeceğim bir otel kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Keyif alabileceğiniz, rahat güzel hersey mükemmel olduğu bir yer...

Sıcak kanlı çalışanlar. Gece şovları çok iyi. Memnun kalarak ayrıldık tavsiye ederim.

Dedim ya odaya bile ugramiyorlar. Kahvalti peynir zeytin domates, tereyag yok margarin. Recel bal da kucuk kutuda. Cok bisey beklemeyin. Otelde ingilizlere oncelik var. Türkler ikinci planda. Yataklarin yaylari sırtınıza batiyor. Bazi yerleri de çökmüş... Pansiyona gitmediğime psman oldum.

Stayed here for a few days in September, more of an impromptu stop in marmaris. The hotel is your basic essential need hotel, you get what you pay for. The room are big and spacious and offers basics that would be required. Can’t complain. Best of all and reasoning for a 5 star review was holiday rep “ ALPACHINO “ he was full of charm and wit, exceptional knowledge of marmaris and % ensures you have fun on all your trips booked in marmaris, safety with them isn’t amiss either. He certainly made possible in the 2 days that we were there that we could do all activities we wanted in relatively little time . He is a gem of a person and someone I’d recommend without fail to guarantee a great holiday in marmaris. A bonus great with kids also.

Amazing family holiday we loved every second of it. The people in Turkey are so welcoming. Loved the hotel would highly recommend Alenz

Nice hotel all in all. Rooms basic for for the price I paid its expected. I didnt visit the pool as it was always noisy with children but if anyone is looking for a family hotel it will be great. The shop in the hotel doesnt take card which I think is bad. Its 2020 they should be able to take card.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff, however wifi was extremely poor and mainly non existent even though it was advertised, slow service at the bar/restaurant although i hear this has been resolved.

Fantastic stay. Such friendly staff from bar staff to hair salon and photographer. Entertainment team were great and clearly work very hard. Kids loved it. Such a friendly hotel. Highly recommended

This was a last minute booking due to Thomas Cook going bust, the rooms were big and clean, the self catering facility was OK could do with a toaster, the cleaner we had was so lovely, she was fantastic with the kids. I think due 2 near end of season there was very little entertainment, no kids club, the slides were only on for an hour twice a day but was good fun, the kids pool is brilliant. The restaurant at the hotel is OK, we only had lunch there. The jeweler emrie was fantastic, lots of good deals. I would stay again but not in September

Voor ons n prima ligging. Mooi 3 kamer appartement met bad én douche.Goeie schoonmaak, service en vriendelijk personeel.Eventuele klachten vlot opgelost.Enige minpunt is de harde muziek bij t zwembad.

Once again a fantastic holiday, the staff were brilliant. Same as most other hotels there can be a problem getting a poolside sunbed but we never struggled. The 2 bed apartments are a great size with 2 bathrooms. Marmaris has got considerably more expensive than 3 years ago, bit of a shock paying £3 for a pint of Coke. Budget accordingly if youre coming. The Half board option is really good value, well worth considering if youre on a budget.

The hotel was really nice. We enjoyed our stay. But our only issues were our room wasnt cleaned very well everyday. And the opitions for breakfast were very limited. Would of prefered a mini buffet or full buffet. But overall we had a good time.

Loved this place. Rooms were basic but sufficient. Rooms cleaned every day. Entertainment was excellent. Staff spoke good English and were always helpful. Only downfall was the free WiFi - only worked in parts of the hotel. But is a minor problem on the whole. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful place and nice atmosphere of family.Guys is Hair team make the best job! 24/7 market its nice,you always can buy water,food,sweets without to ho out of hotel in the night.Good souvenir shop,they have bracelet with our writing name,quality leader bags and cute baby clothes Also you can find tattoo studio here,they make a nice work and in the season are coming international artists! Recommend!

Changed all the staff and lost all the atmosphere.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and we loved it. Plenty to do for the family. The room was lovely, really spacious for a family of five. The staff are always happy to help and are so friendly. They are great with the kids. The entertainment team are great and they always put on a great show. The food here are really nice. The hairdressers is amazing they are so friendly and happy to help with any style your looking for. I really recommend this hotel. We definitely will be going again soon

Had 2 weeks here and cant fault the place. Boss lady and manager Sinan were fantastic. staff attentive. room cleaned every day. food was lovely. recommended using their ticket system a few times for breakfast and evening meal well worth it . we will be back asap. Entertainment team were great Ginger Courtney and Moses x

Room is lovely and clean, kitchen spotless, downside is there are no where near enough sunbeds to guests. We havent been able to get to the hotel pool since being here.

Es una estafa. Te cobran extra por todo. El aire acondicionado lo tienes que pagar y hasta el agua en el desayuno. El desayuno no es bufete y si quieres otro café lo tienes que pagar. Sólo falta que te cobren por respirar

Nice apartments with great service. When we arrived we had a problem with one of the aircos and the door lock. These problems were fixed within one hour, would surely go again

Just returned home after a week staying at The Alenz hotel,my daughter and myself had a lovely time, lovely hotel,clean,nice comfortably apartment,good pool with water slide which my daughter loved...All the staff were very helpful and friendly,and the entertainment team,Justin,leo and loki where very friendly and great fun, encouraged everyone to join in,would definitely stay at The Alenz again...

People that work there are very helpful. The biggest problem is that people put towels on the beds from around 6am and dont even use the beds till around 12 some dont even appear till well into the afternoon. We have 3 small children and a bed on the rooftop is not appropriate with our one year old in her pram. It is far to busy for the size of the area which makes is hard to enjoy. Location is good so going somewhere else makes it easy

I think for a 3 star hotel its 5 star. It is exactly what it says on the tin. Giving it 3 star would be unfair as it does a 3 star hotel very well

Have nothing negative to say at all can for a week I leave tomorrow place is beautiful people are lovely good is nice.. well worth it.. if I had to pick one negative the pool could be a little bigger.. but was still nice.

Staff are friendly, pool is nice and big BUT food is very expensive and rooms are extremely dirty! Plus, the sleep wasn’t great because kids are running down the hallway at 3am - we even asked to move rooms or at least clean our rooms, as bathroom was dirty upon arrival ... but staff never solved our issues during our stay

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, can never get a sun lounger, up at 8 went back down at 9 for them to be hoyed on the floor soken wet. The rooms were horrible the shower was tiny & leaked. The balcony door wouldn’t shut it was broke & when you opened the kitchen cupboards it stunk of bad bad foist, the manager is terrible and the staff don’t speak! No security at all and the food is disgusting ate one meal their & never spent one day around the hotel, had to go out every day to pools near by! Terrible choice of hotel & would never return even if it was for free!!

We came for 10 days in july. There was four of us, thats joins other family.all of us felt the same way.BAD POINTS as theres so many--Rude staff not very helpful. When we had issues, theres noone on reception that could ever deal with them.-cleaners arnt very thorough, they didnt change bedding or towels. Rather just put them back on shelf.-wifi terrible-air conditioning you pay £4 a day per room.Which youll need. so that only covers one room in your whole apartment.-apartment door wouldnt lock. Our 3 year old took himself for a walk at 6am. (This was reported at the beginning of our holiday)nothing happened.-they stuck us at the end next to (a fire escape) the only way to describe it. It was a metal spiral stair case going outside the building. Which was left open for people to come and go. I hated it as was a death trap for my kids 3+4 especially as the door wouldnt lock. (Asked to be moved) didnt.-cooking facilitys Shit kettle and one hob for a family of 4.-our toaster didnt work it blew all the electrics in our apartment.- sinks were blocked had to constantly get them out to fix it.-no hot water atall in kitchen to wash dishes. ( I did read in a previous review and thought maybe a one off) its true!- no hot water certain times of day I found.- sunbeds were taken by 7am-extra sunbeds were broken. Stacks of them on the sideGOOD POINTS- clean reception-good kids animations-pool and slide okay but sometimes stopswater flow down slide. Resulting in all the kids get burnt going down. Which they still dont shut it off.Overall WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. I always stay in budget hotels, I dont expect luxury.however I do expect safety first and it to be cleaned. This is by far the worst

While checking in I was surprised that my booking was without breakfast although Im very sure I booked it with breakfast then how come the air-condition is optional if I want to activated I need to pay 5$ for every room per day. They should high light this information in the room info while booking

Terrible service, dont clean the room properly, dont change the towels or bedding. Have to pay for aircon. There is no lift to the half the hotel so have to work up stairs with luggage

Stayed here in September and did not want to come home it was that good. Only downfall was that we paid for a pool view and did not get one. However, we will be back for 2 weeks this year so hopefully we can get the room we should have had last year.I would definately recommend this hotel

Poor hotel in some respects. Food and drink is OK but their billing system is terrible. You get charged for things even when you werent in the hotel and have to have arguments or aggressive outbursts from staff to get it rectified. The pool area is way to small for the size of the hotel so very crowded all the time. Rooms are OK need a lick of paint but sufficient for a bace. Animation team are great. I would not come here again but we didnt let it spoil our holiday.

Was okay for the price, during an 8 night stay we had the 3 problems which Id class as being unreasonable;a) upon arrival at the hotel and checking the room, we found the cupboard under the sink to be full of rubbish from the previous occupants. See photos...b) one of the other families at the hotel returned to their room at 2.20am, clearly in the middle of an argument. This meant they slammed their door shut at least 6 times, and were shouting at each other. This woke everybody in our section of the hotel, bit the staff choose to excuse it by simply saying the familiar are drunk!b) Nobody had any idea how breakfast worked, and the process changed twice whilst we were there. In addition to this the breakfast was awful, so after the first 2 days we chose to eat elsewhere. On our last day we chose to eat at the hotel again, because of convenience. I told the chef what I wanted, which was the process we had used a few days before. The chef became very rude, even when I tried to explain to him that nobody understood how we were supposed to order breakfast, he just sharply replied Ive already told you to sit down!The plus points are;Cleaning staff are very pleasant.The room was fairly clean.The pool is convenient for the kids.The location of the hotel is useful if you want to explore the town.

We are in room1001 The rooms in the hotel are very clean and the house keeping workers were kind and treated us with respect and in general the swimming pool and the slides were very enjoyable aswellas the staffWe are not happy from the call we received at 9:00 in the morning and he said he was the manager of our holiday and told is to go to the reception the sold us some trips and he pushed us to book the trip and then after we found out that he had cheated us and it was so expensive and when we went on the trip we found out that it was really bad so you need to be careful do of colour holidays if you need to go on any trip to go to the market we also advise you not to answere the phone on the first day of your visit

Love this place. went there, great for kids, family. The swimming pool was hot and clean the food was great out door of hotel was POW right on point went to a water park, went on a big boat swam in the ocean and it took us on lots of different beaches. Went on a jeep for a tour had a giant water fight with everyone on the jeep and lots more. I LOVE THIS PlACE!!!!!

This hotel is not claiming to be the Ritz it is what it is .Its clean has very friendly staff and the food is great at the bar and reasonable prices.The staff bring you drinks while you sunbathe and cant do enough for you .

Your things will start going missing, they dont clean up and I ended up sleeping without my friend. They will also charge you for things that are already broken

Начну по порядку. Отель с виду выглядит чисто и аккуратно. Однако, номер у нас был грязный с грязными полотенцами. В первый же вечер попросили поменять, так все и осталось. Даже не пошевелился никто. На утро оставили табличку чтоб номер убрали. Как вернулись все осталось как прежде: волосяной и пвльный пол)), грязные столы....Только кровать поправили. На этом все. Ладно, мы забили, так как все равно только ночевали там. Далее, еда. Три дня подряд одно и то же на завтрак и ужин. Как я поняла, то что осталось с предыдущего дня, подавался и на следующий день. Салат у нас был огурцы-помидоры с луком только в первый день, на второй и третий день в этот же оставшийся салат был добавлен только лук. В итоге, на третий день мы увидели луковый салат с огурцами и помидорами. В остальную еду добавляли уксус и приправы, чтоб никто не почувствовал что еда кислая. Из свежего было только мясо и дыня с арбузов более или менее. И то, я не пробовала мясо, так как не ем его. Чай утром в пластиковых стаканчинках. Кто то пожаловался и на следующий день у нас уже были картонные! Кофе из автомата. Стоимость 8 лир. Контингент: немцы, англичане, арабы, турки и пару русских. Причем для англичан они готовили еду за деньги. Вот так!)) В целом, если ищете дешевый отель в Мармарисе в 10 мин езды от центра, то не плохо...Но еду могли бы и поменять. А еще понравился спа.

Dont expect to be able to use WiFi while you are staying in this hotel. The staff will tell you it works but the connection is non existant in the rooms and only really works next to the pool.

Sunbeds a joke in mornings, stand by your beds wait for master to blow whistle, food not so good. Rooms had no toilet paper left by cleaners for 3 days.
