1+1 salon ve yatak odası şeklinde. Çok uygun fiyata güzel hizmet. Biz 2 gece eşimle 313 TL ye kaldık. Klimanın salonda olması yatak odasında olmaması dezavantaj. Biz zaten sadece akşam uyumak için geldiğimiz için havuzu ve restoranı kullanmadık ama onlar da bir artı. Klima güzel çalışıyor. Televizyon tırt. Uydu yok ulusal kanallar tek tük. Banyosu muhteşem. Yağmurlama sistemi var. Konumu merkeze yakın sayılır. Aracınızı otel yanında sokak kenarına park edebilirsiniz. Geç saatlerde yakın yer bulmak zor olabiliyor. Tavsiye ederim güzel yer.

Sezon henüz başlamadığı için uygun fiyata kaldık, merkezi yerde olması avantajdı. Yatak odası klimasız olduğu için biraz sıcak oluyor.Havuzu vardı ama kullanmadık. Aracı sokakta boş bulduğunuz yere park ediyorsunuz.

Öncelikle heryere yorum yazmadığımı belirteyim.1 haftadır marmaristeyim 2 farklı otelde kaldım en son 1 geceliğine kaldım burada.Odalar geniş ve fetah balkon büyük ve temiz.salonda 2 kanepe yemek masası tv sehpa klima herşey temiz ve bakımlı.yatak odası gayet temiz banyoda sabun olmaması sadece kötü sabununuzu alıp gelin.Karşılama ilgilenme çok iyi.Gürülte ve müzikten hoşlanmayanlar aıkıntı yaşayabilir epey merkezi bir yer etraftaki mekanlardan ciddi müzik sesi geliyor.Ven beğendim bir daha gelsem başka mekan bakmam.

Son noktada rutubet içeren pislik içindeki eski ve köhne odayı satmak nasil bir isletme anlayışıdır. ODAYI GÖRMEDEN KARAR VERMEYIN!

Otelden cok memnun kaldım. Tam bir aile oteli, personeller cok samimi, odaları geniş ve temiz. Yemekleri cok lezzetli fiyatı da gayet uygun.

Anı turla gittim oda çok iyiydi genişti ferahtı tek eksik duşu çok eskiydi.

GELMEYİN! Arabada yatın daha rahat edersiniz. Klimayı kullanmak için ek ücret alıyolar çalışmıyor klima kırık dökük içinde oda cehennem sıcağı ve aşırı rutubet ve koku var odada tuvalet kağıdı yoktu 1 saat sonra getirdiler neymiş çocuk markete almaya gitmiş şimdi gelirmiş. Odalarda Wifi var deyip otele gelince sadece Lobbyden çekiyo diyecek kadar da adiler. Aldığınız para haram olsun şeref yoksunu insanlar.

İdare eder, konum olarak çok rahat ama daha iyi eşşalar seçilebilir odalarda

Me and my Partner had stayed here for a week on the 19th September and it was one of the worst hotels we had stayed in especially in marmaris, the receptionist was polite when we were checking in but yet he started to change especially when it was obvious that they were speaking about you in their own language all because we werent spending money in the hotel because we are the type to go out most times so it was only the room we needed, bedroom was dated air conditioning was absolutely awful especially for £30 there was no air even blowing out and even worse it wasnt in the bedroom also the pillows had stains on them the room was rarely cleaned also the hairdryer blew up in my partners hand the first night we stayed there but dont get me wrong they changed it the day after, the hotel was one of the noisiest hotels we had stayed in I would say the partying went on until 6am people constantly shouting and screaming so trying to sleep there was impossible so me and my partner spent most of our time at ever be back personally but people have had different opinions just wasnt for us

I stayed here in May for 1 week with my husband and 2 children. Staff at Green Park apartments where very welcoming and helpfull had our apartments cleaned, fresh bedsheets and towels every day and plus my children loved the swimming pool which was also clean I highly recommend this place.

Rooms are filthy, shower is filthy, pool area is filthy, in all these apartments are really dirty and outdated, sofas badly stained(which have removable covers!!!!)bathrooms had leaking sink shower was very dirty, towels are grey with big stains all over (like they had been used to wash floor) as was all bedding, floor was that dirty we had to wear flip flops all the time ( hubby only walked to loo and back and his white socks were that dirty they got binned) couldnt bring myself to shower in there, had to strip wash and wash my hair at the kitchen sink, this standard of cleanliness is ridiculous, even if you pay for basic it should be clean, we arrived at midnight and room floor wasnt even swept little alone washed!!!!! old dirty smelly clothes down sofas, dirty cotton buds on bedroom floor, dirty false toe nail in drawer, floors get washed with a dirty blue mop from room to room no bucket of water insight and were not even swept first. clean bedding and towels lay outside the block on the ground from 8.30 am till we arrived back at 1.30 pm they were still sitting on the ground, all my years of going to turkey i have never experienced this kind of dirt and i have been in cheaper apartments than this. went down to reception minutes after checking in to get them to exchange the bedding and towels, they sent up a young chap who handed me the bedding and towels and about turned to walk away i asked him for the floors to be swept as had streamers and toys and paper all over it he said tomorrow it will get swept, they had since 10am till midnight to have this room ready, i went to migros for it opening at 8am and spent a fortune on cleaning products and had to clean it myself, i advise every1 who books here to take your rubber gloves and cleaning products as it is filthy!!!!!! it is very noisy you can hear everything up and down stairs with kids running up and down the stairs until early hours of the morning, one couple were arguing and smashing things from 1 in the morning until 2.30 before anyone came up from reception!! there is no sort of order in this complex what so ever would not stay here again if i was paid by the hotel.i have a video of the bathroom and shower but cant add videos

Just home from having 2 weeks at greenpark. Staff were amazing. Couldnt do enough for you . Entertainment was fabulous. Food I couldnt fault 1 meal . Rooms were cleaned daily . Will definitely be back next year with more of us . True saying you are classed as family

We didn’t stay here but wish we had, spent most of our time here eating meals and entertainment the food and staff where brilliant, very clean good music and staff brilliant. My daughter and family stayed here the rooms was great clean and made you feel welcome.

We were there for one night,got there at 1 in the morning,the staff was nice n helped us get into our room.There were many bars n resturands open at that time.We managed to get some food,thanks to staff who was helpful.Food was bought to our room which was good as kids were very tired.There was a 24hr supermarket just 2min walk which was helpful.I would recommend this place.

Tyckte att själva rummen var jättedåligt städade + våra sängarna var inte ens bäddade när vi checkade in FÖRSENT tack vore ett försent flyg. Personalen var så där inget märkvärdigt. Baren var okej och resturangen prövade vi ej för att vi fick reda på att det var dålig service av andra som bodde i hotelet. Man fick betala för allting som handukar, kaffebryggare, ac, tvål osv. Själva badrummen på hotelet var inget vidare duchen kunde man inte vrida och vattentrycket var svagt. Man kunde knappt ducha i varmt vatten för att det blev kallt varje 2,5 minuter. Där hotelet log var det en stor och störande motorväg som var fullpackad med bilar som körde och tutade och det lät hela tiden speciellt på kvällarna när min familj (min man, mig, min syster, min mamma och mina 2 barn) försökte sova så gick det knappt av allt oljud. Vi var där i 1 vecka och den enda höjdpunkten med resan var när vi gick ut till tex centrum och stränderna.

I have been staying at Green park for many years and although it is not 4/5 star it has been a pleasant stay until this year all the bar staff want to do is sleep with young girls and very unhelpful we found crockroaches running around in the rooms and the bar staff do not want to clean or move them. They don’t speak much English and the cleaners do not clean the rooms properly. You have to ask to get your towel changed after 3 days. When I booked this I there was expecting entertainment but there was none. Having been told there is not enough people in the hotel to provide entertainment although we were a group of 16. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IS HAS GONE DRAMATICALLY DOWN

My room was good I got WiFi it met all my needs from my health problems to changing money.very polite cheery and I would defiantly go back to stay there.

Not a place we would visit again rooms were broken into and money stolen. No lifts so walking up stairs is not great. The restaurant and staff were helpful and friendly although the cleaners didnt do a very good job. Shame as it looks a lovely place from pictures.

Weve been coming here for 10 yrs and had an amazing holiday every time the staff are truely amazing and go out of their way to make your holiday special thnx you to each and everyone of you when you stay at this hotel you come as holiday guest but go home with a whole new family we absolutely love it here

Had a couple of holidays here, rooms are clean and a decent size. Towels changed twice a week. Staff are brilliant, very friendly, helpful and attentive. Theres entertainment virtually every night so no need to leave the complex if thats what you prefer! Not the ritz but it doesnt pretend to be. And what it does it does very well. Highly recommended.

Been to green park apartments about 6 times and never fails to impress. Staff are brilliant and go the extra mile to make everyone happy. The DJ Chucky is so funny . Would highly reccomend this hotel.

My stay at Greenpark apartments was bad, the rooms were so dirty and have a wet and slippery floor. The air conditioning is additional fees! And only available in the living room, the sleeping room doesnt have AC, so we had to sleep in the living room.The price was expensive to the value that we got. I really dont recommend it for any person!

The only reason it isnt getting a 1 star is because the staff are extremely nice. The biggest problem is the maids, they dont clean your rooms at all, they charge you for fresh towels and bed clothes and the worst thing is that they stole £40 from my room, would not recommend to anyone.
